Meghan Markle turned 45 yesterday and gave fans a glimpse into how she celebrated the milestone birthday: with a festive pool day. In the post, the Duchess of Sussex is seen diving into the water in a black one-piece swimsuit. She held a bouquet of balloons in the photo, with a caption reading, “Thank you for the birthday love! ????”
She later posted a video of herself dancing in a birthday tiara at home:

Meghan recently returned from her and Prince Harry’s summer vacation in Europe with their two children. On July 23, she posted a carousel of photos from her vacation in England and Portugal with Harry, Archie, and Lilibet, with the caption, “Summer Holiday ☀️.”
Then, back home on August 2, she shared a video of herself picking flowers in her garden:
Following their Europe trip, a source spoke to People about why Meghan and Harry chose to take Archie and Lili to Portugal. “They love Portugal because Archie and Lilibet can simply be kids,” the insider explained. “It’s always very low-key with beach days, playing, and spending time together as a family. That kind of normal family time is really important to Harry and Meghan.”
The family also visited England, where they privately met with Harry’s dad, King Charles III. People later reported that the family of four stayed at Althorp, the 13,000-acre Northamptonshire estate where the late Princess Diana spent her childhood, as guests of Harry’s uncle, Charles Spencer.
While Meghan has been mostly out of the public eye this summer, she did a Q&A last Tuesday at a screening of Cookie Queens, the documentary she and Harry executive produced. There, according to People, she admitted her children hadn’t seen the Girl Scouts-focused film yet. Still, “they love all the cookies that we’ve had throughout this process,” she shared.
