This week, Selena Gomez shared photos from her very special 34th birthday celebrations with her husband, Benny Blanco. The music producer traveled to Italy by boat to celebrate with Gomez, who has been away from their Los Angeles home as she films the newest season of Only Murders in the Building. Gomez has been primarily in London and, unfortunately, Blanco has an intense fear of flying, so the couple has had to spend time apart.
The carousel showed some luxurious time on a yacht, incredible al fresco meals, walks through old towns and churches, and a few sweet moments of PDA.
A source speaking with People shared more details about the trip, saying the couple spent time in Tuscany at Il Borro, the Ferragamo fashion house’s family estate. Blanco was very involved in the planning, taking Gomez horseback riding and for a fresh pasta dinner.
“Not only did he spend his days traveling by boat to be with her in England, he also planned a special birthday for her in Tuscany,” said the insider. “He always goes out of his way to make things special for her.”
Blanco himself shared a TikTok from an Italian cooking class the couple did together. They made their own dough and pasta, as well as eggplant parmesan, before enjoying the homemade meal.
“Let’s make an Italian feast for my wife’s birthday,” Blanco shared in the video. After having a bite of Gomez’s cooking, he adds, “That’s the best thing I’ve tasted in Italy so far and you made it.”
Blanco and Gomez were married in September 2025.
