Why Kylie Jenner Didn’t Pose With Timothée Chalamet at His Movie Premieres Despite Them Being ‘Fairly Serious’

While Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet have yet to make their red carpet debut, sources explained to Us Weekly and Entertainment Tonight that, behind the scenes, they are really committed. “Kylie and Timothée have been dating for a while now and things have become fairly serious over the past few months,” Us’ source said. “Kylie knows they both have really busy schedules but make as much time for each other as possible.”

The source also explained why she snuck into his Los Angeles Wonka premiere, rather than posing on the red carpet. She also attended Chalamet’s London Wonka premiere, but only its after-party. She did not take photos with Chalamet at either of the events.

Regarding the Los Angeles premiere in particular, “Kylie really didn’t want to make a huge scene when she attended the Wonka premiere, so she decided to skip the carpet and make a low-key entrance,” Us’ source explained. “This night was all about Timothée, and she didn’t want to take away from that in any way.”

A separate Entertainment Tonight source echoed Us’ insider when discussing how the couple is faring. “Kylie and Timothée have been doing really well,” that source said. “Even though Kylie has so many of her own commitments, she is very proud of Timothée and wants to be there for him and support him. Timothée is equally supportive of Kylie and admires her strong work ethic and how committed she is as a mom.”

“They both make an effort to show up for each other, and it’s very sweet,” the source added.
