Travis Kelce Is Reportedly Throwing Taylor Swift a 34th Birthday Party in NYC: ‘Money Is Not an Object’
Taylor Swift celebrates her 34th birthday tomorrow, and according to multiple Us Weekly sources, Travis Kelce is throwing her an extravagant party. One source said it will take place in New York City. A second explained that Kelce “wants to throw the best party possible” for his girlfriend, and “money is not an object.” He also is inviting her “close friends” to attend.
The news comes the same day a new photo of Kelce and Swift kissing surfaced on social media, this time courtesy of Kelce’s barber Patrick Regan. They appear in the last slide of his Instagram, with Swift giving Kelce a peck on the cheek. Regan even gave Swift a shoutout in his caption for her photography skills. “Thanks @taylorswift for the Pics of the Gameday Freshy for @killatrav ????????❤️ I had an Amazing Time at Yesterdays Game ????” he wrote, referring to Sunday’s Chiefs game against the Buffalo Bills that Swift attended, too.
Swift spoke to Time magazine last week about her relationship with Kelce and its more public nature compared to her previous relationship with Joe Alwyn.
“This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell,” she began. “We started hanging out right after that. So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other. By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple. I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date.”
She added, in regards to their being public, “When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other, other people are there and we don’t care. The opposite of that is you have to go to an extreme amount of effort to make sure no one knows that you’re seeing someone. And we’re just proud of each other.”
