On Saturday, Priyanka Chopra shared a carousel of photos from her Thanksgiving celebration with her family, including a lot of new photos featuring her daughter, Malti Marie, and husband, Nick Jonas.
In the caption, the Citadel star wrote, “Back home for a quick minute. Sometimes I catch myself being in complete awe of the beauty, wonder and love all around me. This thanksgiving I’m so grateful for health, joy, togetherness and the simple pleasures of life that we tend to take for granted sometimes.”
She continued, “I’m so grateful for my family, friends, team and everyone that makes this crazy ride feel easier. After spending so long away from home, filming Varanaasi, I’m just reminding myself one of the best things in life is being able to be surrounded by your loved ones. With immense gratitude ❤️???????????? Happy Thanksgiving to everyone celebrating.”
The actress has always been careful about covering Malti’s face in her posts, but this collection shows more of the three-year-old’s life with her mom. The carousel showed Malti in her fancy pink tulle party dress, getting ready with mom in a matching white terrycloth robe, sitting between her Chopra’s legs, and playing games with her parents against a stunning mountain background.
The couple welcomed Malti via surrogate in early 2022. After her birth, the toddler spent over 100 days in the NICU, which Priyanka detailed in a post after announcing her arrival.
The couple celebrated Malti’s recovery on Mother’s Day that year, and Chopra shared, “There is no one I’d rather do this with than you. Thank you for making me a mama @nickjonas I love you ❤️”
