Why Megan Fox Won’t Explain Her and Machine Gun Kelly’s Relationship Status

Megan Fox will no longer talk about her relationship status with Machine Gun Kelly following reports of them calling off their engagement, getting back together, then having some rocky moments over the last year. The actress explained why during her appearance on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast.

Cooper recounted that the couple got engaged, then called it off, and now people are unsure what their status is. Fox then confirmed that yes, at one point, she and MGK did end their engagement.

“I think that what I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption,” Fox told Cooper. “So I think, as of now, I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship, per se. What I can say is that [he] is what I refer to as being my ‘twin soul,’ and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what. I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain. All those things you said were accurate things that have occurred. And I could see them being confusing, or interesting to people, and them being like, ‘What’s up?’”

Fox’s stance on sharing details about her and Kelly’s relationship has changed since they first started dating in 2020. The couple was very open about their love story, with Fox first revealing he was her twin flame that July. They even did a joint cover for British GQ in October 2021.
