Miley Cyrus and Maxx Morando Are Reportedly Living Together and ‘Very Happy’ as a Couple

Miley Cyrus took her boyfriend, Maxx Morando, to the Grammys ceremony on Sunday and kissed him during the show. Their big PDA moment comes on the heels of a much bigger private milestone, a source told People. Morando and Cyrus are now living together.

“She is very happy with him,” the source said.

Cyrus and Morando were first romantically linked at the end of 2021. The source added that the relationship has been really good for Cyrus. “Miley has changed a lot in the past couple of years,” they explained. “She seems more calm and harmonious. Everyone loves Maxx. He’s a great guy. She is very happy with him. He’s private and doesn’t like being in the press. It’s been good for her.”

In late December 2023, a source spoke to Us Weekly about how serious Cyrus is about her future with Morando. “Miley could see a healthy, positive and fruitful life with Maxx,” a source said then. “She’s learning from her past marriage [to Liam Hemsworth] and relationships and wants to build toward a better future with him.”

The couple is “doing great,” the source continued. “Miley is very much in love.” They added that Cyrus was open to getting married again someday but not in any rush to take that step with Morando.

Cyrus herself hasn’t said much about her partner. She did reveal to British Vogue in May 2023 that they were set up “a couple summers ago” on a blind date.

“Well, it was blind for me and not really for him,” she said. “I thought, ‘The worst that can happen is I leave.’”
