Since Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson ended their 9-month relationship in August 2022, the star has been publicly single. That hasn’t stopped rumors from surfacing about who she could be seeing. The most persistent have been talk of her dating Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. People reported in early September 2023 that Kardashian, 43, and Beckham, 31, had been “hanging out.”
Fast forward to February 2024, and sources told Us Weekly that Kardashian and Beckham were debating going public with their dating. Beckham is “low-key, while Kim’s more accustomed to the limelight,” one source said. “[They’re] trying to figure out the next steps.”

Kardashian and Beckham both made an appearance at Michael Rubin’s annual 4th of July White Party, but not together.
September 2023

A source revealed to People that Beckham and Kardashian were “hanging out,” following Beckham’s own split from longtime girlfriend, Lauren Wood. TMZ confirmed Kardashian and Beckham were spending time together that same day, but its sources stressed they were platonic. Beckham and Wood had broken up at the beginning of 2023, despite news breaking of their split much later in September.
As for Kardashian, TMZ’s sources said that she was not seriously dating anyone then but remained “absolutely open to finding love again if she finds the right person.” She and Beckham had gotten closer because they have mutual friends.

The very next day, Us Weekly reported that Kardashian and Beckham are in fact dating, despite TMZ’s claims otherwise.
“Their connection was mutual and grew flirtatious pretty quickly. They’re dating, but things are still fairly casual,” a source told Us.
“There’s nothing official so they’re both allowed to date other people. Although they’re not committed, Kim usually dates one guy at a time, so she’s not seeing anybody else,” they added.
Neither Beckham nor Kardashian responded to the reports.

TMZ reported that Kardashian attended Jay-Z’s pre-Grammys party with her sister Khloé. Beckham was also in attendance, although he arrived to the festivities separately. Kardashian and Beckham also happened to be coordinating in all-black leather outfits. It is unclear how much time—if any—they spent together inside the party.

“They’re getting serious,” one source said, adding that “Odell’s personality is much more private” than Kardashian’s. Beckham is “low-key, while Kim’s more accustomed to the limelight, [so they are] trying to figure out the next steps.”
A second source claimed they had been involved privately for months. “Their relationship has been blossoming longer than people thought,” that insider said.
