Why Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner Reportedly Broke Up ‘A Few Weeks Ago’

Model Kendall Jenner and musical artist Bad Bunny have been romantically linked since early 2023, but they haven’t been seen in public together since October. Now, just before the holidays commence, it has been reported they broke up weeks ago.

On December 16, The Messenger shared comments from a source who claims the pair are officially over.

“There’s no bad blood,” the insider claimed. “They are even still in contact. Their relationship had been rocky due to their busy schedules.”

The rapper is planning a world tour in 2024, making it even harder to keep a potential relationship afloat, and Jenner “felt the relationship truly ran its course.”

Jenner’s last relationship with on-again-off-again ex-boyfriend Devin Booker ended in 2022, and she was dating around before meeting the Puerto Rican rapper. The pair were first seen together in Beverly Hills in February, leaving Wally’s, a popular eatery amongst the rich and famous, according to E! News.

They were spotted out all through the spring and summer, but didn’t speak publicly about their relationship. They made their first official appearance at Gucci’s show in the fall, before being featured in the fashion house’s newest campaign, released on September 30.

On November 14, Jenner posted an Instagram of a sunset on Instagram with a caption that read, “what’s meant for me, will simply find me.”

Fans definitely interpreted the vague post as being break up related, especially combined with the lack of sightings between the 818 Tequila founder and her former flame. A couple days later, a source told Us Weekly that Jenner’s friends were skeptical that the pair were in it for the long haul.

“Kendall’s friends don’t think she’ll be with Bad Bunny forever,” the source said. “Despite the breakup rumors, they are still seeing each other, but [Kendall’s pals] don’t see a huge spark between them or any long-term potential. If Kendall’s happy, then they’re happy for her, but they’ve seen her happier before in past relationships.”

She has been in Aspen solo this week, leading to speculation they were spending the holidays apart. It seems like this might be a permanent end to their connection.
