Dakota Johnson’s Casual Telluride Festival Style Is Good Fall Outfit Inspiration

Dakota Johnson has been at the 50th Telluride Film Festival this weekend to promote the premiere of her new film, Daddio. Johnson stars in the flick across from Sean Penn, playing a woman who hails a taxi out of JFK airport and then gets into a deep conversation that changes both of their lives. The actress and the film have an interim agreement with SAG-AFTRA for promotion, though the union strike prohibits film and TV promotion in general at the moment.

The festival takes place in Telluride, Colorado, and it looks like the weather is turning to fall a little sooner than elsewhere. On Saturday, Johnson offered her take on casual fall fashion during the afternoon while hanging out with other industry friends visiting the festival. She was photographed sitting with Ethan Hawke, who co-wrote and directed his new film Wildcat. They were joined by his daughter Maya Hawke and actress Laura Linney.

The 50 Shades Of Grey actress was wearing an over-sized pink button-up shirt tied at her waistline, a pair of blue pants and a denim coat slung over her shoulders with suede lapels and gold buttons. She accessorized with tortoise-shell framed sunglasses, gold earrings, and a black handbag. On her feet were a pair of black ballet flats and she had her hair half up and half down.

On Friday for her film screening, Johnson wore a cream-colored crocheted dress with long bell sleeves and a flowing skirt. The see-through fabric revealed her white one-piece underneath, and she left her hair down in gorgeous waves. She had on a natural makeup palette with a dark pink lip.

She wore the look with black pointed toe boots and carried a matching black purse. Around her neck was a simple gold pendant for jewelry.
