Fuller is the son of producer Brad Fuller, who specializes in horror films like The Purge franchise, A Quiet Place and its sequel, and A Nightmare on Elm Street. The younger Fuller studied performing in college, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Southern California in 2017. He has since appeared on shows like Insecure, Into the Dark, The Goldbergs, and The Last Ship.
Fuller has a popular YouTube channel with friend and fellow actor Gregg Sulkin, best known for his role on Wizards of Waverly Place. It has over 300,000 subscribers. The channel primarily posts vlogs, challenges, and celebrity interviews with the buddies’ good friends who also happen to be famous.

In March of 2023, Dynevor and Fuller were seen leaving a hotel in New York City together, according to The Daily Mail.
