Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s Second Wedding Will Have Fireworks and Live Music

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are about to celebrate their second wedding after a whirlwind ceremony in Las Vegas. The weekend-long event is taking place at Affleck’s estate in Georgia. The 87-acre Riceboro property is by the river and a barge is already waiting dockside with a fireworks for a festive display.

The area has been set up with tables and chairs by the waterside gazebo, with two pink chairs for the bride and groom. There’s an area for live music players, a marquee that began construction on Thursday.

On Friday night, Page Six reports there was a rehearsal dinner, and Saturday night there will be a ceremony officiated by Jay Shetty. On Sunday, guests are invited to a goodbye barbecue before heading home. As guests arrived, they were offered an ATV ride to a welcoming bonfire.

One serious issue with the weekend’s events took place on Friday when Affleck’s mother Christopher Anne Boldt fell off the dock and cut her leg. The Daily Mail reported she was sent to a Savannah hospital via an ambulance where she was visited by the couple. Before the accident, Affleck and Lopez were seen in town shopping with their kids and enjoying the day ahead of the festivities.

Celebrities have been photographed arriving, and that includes one of Affleck’s best friends, Matt Damon, with his wife, Luciana Barroso. They arrived in Georgia on Friday by private jet wearing casual clothes. Damon wore a white-t-shirt and black button-down over a pair of khakis. Barroso wore a white jumpsuit and animal print sneakers with a pair of black sunglasses.

For the wedding, it’s reported that Lopez will be wearing a custom Ralph Lauren gown. In July, the actress wore a lace Zuhair Murad wedding gown and an Alexander McQueen dress.
