On Saturday, guests were welcomed to a private cocktail party and tour of Palermo’s Gallery of Modern Art (GAM). Post-ceremony, they attended a reception at Palazzo Gangi, with a late-night party at Piazza Croce dei Vespri. But the main event was hosted at the historic mansion, Villa Valguarnera, sometimes called “little Versailles.”

Most of the guests and the newlyweds stayed at Grand Hotel Villa Igiea.

What did Dua Lipa wear to her wedding?

For her London ceremony, Lipa wore a custom Schiaparelli haute couture outfit, reminiscent of Bianca Jagger’s 1971 bridal look. For welcoming guests on June 5, she was seen in a white sleeveless gown by Bottega Veneta, adorned with feathers for a dramatic skirt.

Who attended Dua Lipa and Callum Turner’s wedding in Sicily?

There were a number of celebrity guests in attendance, including Troye Sivan, Charli XCX and her husband, George Daniel, Joe Alwyn, Grace Gummer, and Mark Ronson. Elton John also reportedly attended with his husband, David Furnish, and he sang to the couple at the reception. John chose his famous “Your Song” track with piano accompaniment.

What was served at the reception?

There was early catering from Osteria dei Vespri, followed by a wedding banquet set up by chef Tony Lo Coco. Per Vanity Fair, the guests were served local Sicilian specialties, like anelletti alla Norma, panelle, crocché, and desserts like cassate and cannoli.
