At a Berlin photo call for the upcoming film today, the actress put her own spin on a sports jersey, wearing a red long-sleeve top emblazoned with the number 39 across the front. Despite its athletic influences, the styling felt decidedly fashion-forward.
Rather than pairing the top with denim or sneakers, Zendaya wore it with a plaid midi skirt, creating a high-low mix that has become a recurring theme in her recent wardrobe. She completed the look with chocolate-brown pointed-toe pumps, gold hoop earrings, and a gold watch.
Both the jersey-inspired top and skirt debuted on Coach’s fall/winter 2026 runway, where the collection explored Americana staples through a nostalgic lens. On Zendaya, the combination felt less collegiate and more polished, thanks to the clean accessories and understated styling.
