Beyoncé Wears Plunging Twist on a Classic Tux to Kelly Rowland Concert

On Saturday, Nov. 22, Beyoncé shared photos from a concert starring friend and former Destiny’s Child bandmate, Kelly Rowland. The show took place on Nov. 9 in Los Angeles, and Rowland shared photos from the night on Instagram as well. This new carousel gave a much closer look at the details of the Renaissance star’s ensemble.

The look came from Elisabetta Franchi, presenting a spin on a classic men’s tux with a plunging neckline on the white shirt that connected to pleated black pants. Beyoncé left her black bowtie undone and hanging around her neck and accessorized with a number of gold pieces, including a chain link necklace, matching chain link bracelet, gold earrings, and several rings over semi-sheer black opera gloves.

The singer left her long blonde hair down in soft curls and posed in a few photos with a black suit coat, black sunglasses and a black quilt purse.

In the caption of her post, Beyoncé wrote, “Drip broke the levee when my Kelly’s roll in.”

Rowland was also wearing a suit in a more business casual style, featuring an oversized beige blazer and matching slacks and a cropped tan shirt. In a picture Rowland shared, Beyoncé’s mom, Tina Knowles, made an appearance. She was wearing a denim coat with embroidered embellishments and matching denim pants.

In July, Rowland and Beyoncé reunited for the latter’s final Cowboy Carter show, along with Michelle Williams, bringing together Destiny’s Child for the first time in seven years. In fan footage posted on TikTok, the group can be seen at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas performing a medley that included “Lose My Breath,” “Say My Name,” and “Soldier.”
