In her Instagram Story, she shared a mirror selfie wearing a white tank top and leggings, her baby bump clearly visible. The model is in gold jewelry and has her hair back in a ponytail, held by a white scrunchie.

Over the image, she wrote, “Happy International Women’s Day. Wildest, coolest thing I’ve ever done!”

In an interview with W Magazine just before Jack’s birth, Hailey talked about being pregnant and keeping it a secret before she and her husband Justin Bieber revealed the news. The couple posted shots from their Hawaii vow renewal that showed Hailey’s growing baby bump.

“I was honestly able to keep it quiet because I stayed small for a long time,” she told the publication. “I didn’t have a belly, really, until I was six months pregnant, which was when I announced it. I was able to wear big jackets and stuff.”

She added, “I probably could have hid it until the end. But I didn’t enjoy the stress of not being able to enjoy my pregnancy outwardly. I felt like I was hiding this big secret, and it didn’t feel good. I wanted the freedom to go out and live my life.”
