Meghan Markle Wears Pleated Halter Dress With Cutouts to Polo Match With Prince Harry

On Friday, April 12, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry made a stunning match at the Royal Salute Polo Challenge in Wellington, Florida, where the Duke of Sussex was playing. The event benefits Harry’s charity Sentebale, an organization he cofounded with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho in 2006. The non-profit supports children in African living in poverty, and communities affected by HIV/AIDS.

After Harry’s team defeated the Grand Champions in a 3-1 game, the couple were photographed sharing a sweet kiss. Meghan was dressed in elegant summer style, wearing a “Ginger” dress from Heidi Merrick in cream silk with a long pleated skirt and a wrap around halter top that created a cutout across her torso, finishing in a large bow at the back of her neck. She paired it with nude heels from Aquazzura, and accessorized with a white and gold Valentino crossbody bag, a Cartier Tank Française watch, vintage gold Chanel earrings, and a pair of black sunglasses, also from Heidi Merrick.

It was recently reported by Deadline that the couple’s Archewell Production house was working on two non-fiction series and, according to the Daily Mail, a camera crew was at the polo event. One of the series is going to focus on the world of professional polo, while the other will be about Meghan’s life as a homemaker, with an emphasis on cooking, gardening, and entertaining. The pair have had a multi-year deal with Netflix since September 2020, inked shortly after they stepped down from their roles as working members of the royal family.

In March, Meghan made an appearance at South By Southwest, and talked about parenting her children Archie and Lilibet with Harry, calling him an “incredible partner.”

“My husband is such a hands-on dad and such a supporter of me and my family. That I don’t take for granted,” the former Suits actress said. “That is a real blessing. But a lot of people don’t have that same level of support.”
