Brittany Mahomes ‘Hopes to Continue Growing’ Her Friendships With Selena Gomez, Sophie Turner, and More

Brittany Mahomes was front and center in paparazzi photos on Saturday after she went out with Taylor Swift and Swift’s friends Sophie Turner, Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, and Cara Delevingne in New York City. A source then spoke to Us Weekly this week about how much Mahomes likes Swift’s squad and how she hopes to develop deeper relationships with all of them.

Mahomes went “Instagram official” with her Taylor Swift friendship on Tuesday, weeks after the two women were first seen hanging at a Kansas City Chiefs game together. Mahomes, of course, is married to the team’s quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, while Swift is dating tight end Travis Kelce.

“Brittany is having a blast hanging out with Taylor and her friends,” the source said. “She loves making new friends and loves how down-to-earth Sophie, Gigi, Selena and Cara all are. [She] hopes to continue growing her friendship with this amazing group of women.”

Mahomes is particularly interested in helping the newly-single Turner find her next love. Mahomes thinks Turner is a “doll” and “would love to set her up” with one of Kelce’s friends. The source said plainly, “She would love to help play matchmaker.”

A source told Us Weekly last week that Turner is very much playing the field as she continues the process of finalizing her divorce with estranged husband Joe Jonas. “Sophie is open to the idea of dating again,” the source explained. “She isn’t fully committed to anybody at the moment, but she’s definitely putting herself out there and keeping her options open.” That source continued: “There are a few men she’s shown interest in but [Sophie] isn’t jumping into anything or settling down.”
