Every Property Justin and Hailey Bieber Have Called Home

It’s no surprise Justin and Hailey Bieber have called some impressive abodes home. So far, they’ve lived in four properties (both rentals and purchases) that are worth a combined total of more than $40 million: two mansions in Beverly Hills, another in Ontario, and a more humble abode in Toluca Lake. Below, explore all of the dwellings the Biebers have resided in since they got married in 2018.

A $100k-per-Month Spanish-Style Home, Toluca Lake, California

Shortly after first saying “I do” in a New York City courthouse in September of 2018, Justin and Hailey Bieber were paying $100,000 a month to rent a Spanish-style home in Toluca Lake, California, according to People. The home was for sale for $8.5 million, but Justin requested a month-to-month rental contract instead. In 2016, the property—which was built in 2000, according to the Los Angeles Daily News—was rebuilt entirely, resulting in a 7,000-square-foot dwelling that boasts five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. We imagine one of Justin’s favorite amenities of the abode was the recording studio, but we’re even more impressed with the walk-in closet that’s part of the main suite—not to mention the six-car garage, private dock, personal gym, spa, and pool. It’s not exactly your average starter home!

An $8.5 Million Mansion, Beverly Hills, California

After purchasing a Beverly Hills mansion for $8.5 million back in 2019, the Biebers sold the property in February 2021 for $7.955 million, People reported. To sell the home, the famous couple enlisted the help of three real estate agents who are celebs-of-sorts in their own right: Josh and Matt Altman of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, and Dalton Gomez, who is married to Ariana Grande. As House Beautiful reported, the abode is one of the most-liked celebrity homes on Instagram, bringing in more than 1 million likes on Justin’s post of the home’s wine cellar—which boasts CW Stockwell’s iconic Martinique wallpaper along with a light-up sign that reads “The Tropics,” a nickname for the home. If you follow Justin on Instagram, you might remember that he originally tried to sell this 6,132-square-foot property via the social media platform back in October 2019.

A $5 Million Lakeside Mansion, Ontario, Canada

The Biebers spent much of the pandemic living in their $5 million lakeside mansion in Ontario, which boasts four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and—get ready for this—a two-story wine room that’s temperature-controlled. The star couple purchased this dwelling in August of 2018, a month after they got married. This 9,000-square-foot property sits on 101 acres, and it comes with private access to an expansive lake, its own movie theater, and numerous fireplaces, according to TMZ. You can catch plenty of glimpses of the home on Justin and Hailey’s social media accounts, including videos from their Facebook Watch series, like this one that’s titled “Lake Day with the Biebers.”

A $25.8 Million Mansion, Beverly Hills, California

In August of 2020, the Biebers made their biggest real estate investment yet: a $25.8 million mansion in Beverly Hills. The 11,145-square-foot abode includes seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, and it sits on 2.5 acres. Although the property was originally listed for $27.25 million, the Biebers got it for $1.45 million less, according to People. Once again, Josh and Matt Altman represented Justin and Hailey in the sale. Some of the home’s most impressive amenities include an infinity pool and accompanying jacuzzi, tennis court, gym, library, and movie room.
