Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez Have Finalized Their Divorce Just Weeks After Filing

Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez filed for divorce last month, and just a few weeks later their marriage has reportedly ended. The former couple had a prenup, according to TMZ, and there will be no spousal support.

A source told Page Six, “Ariana and Dalton really wanted to take care of each through all of this and make it as easy on one another as possible—which is why they really took their time with everything.”

The insider added, “They have a strong mutual respect for eachother.”

Gomez is reportedly receiving $1,250,000, tax-free, as well as half of the net proceeds from the sale of their home in Los Angeles. Grande is also obligated to pay up to $25,000 of her ex-husband’s attorney fees. He is also entitled to continued 24-hour security. The settlement has been filed and simply awaits a judge’s signature.

Another source told TMZ, “There is still a strong mutual love and respect between Ariana and Dalton and they wanted to make sure everything was done right in lockstep with one another.”

Both Grande and Gomez have moved on, the latter is said to be dating, and it’s well-known that Grande is in a relationship with her Wicked co-star, Ethan Slater.

On their documents, Grande and Gomez dated their separation as being February 20, 2023. However, their marital issues allegedly began long before.

“They came to the decision together,” another source said in July. “They were having problems before January, but they want to remain best friends.”

They added that Gomez visited Grande in London as she filmed her upcoming musical film adaptation, but it “didn’t work out.”

“They’ve been really good friends throughout the entire process, and their friends and families have been trying to protect them,” the source added.
