Taylor Swift Takes Up Travis Kelce’s Offer and Attends Kansas City Chiefs Game With His Mom

On Sunday, Taylor Swift was spotted supporting the Kansas City Chiefs during their game against the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead Stadium. By her side was Travis Kelce’s mother, Donna, and fans are taking this as a confirmation of her rumored romance with the NFL star.

The Eras Tour star was wearing Kansas City colors in a red and white jacket over a white tank top. She and Donna were applauding wildly in their private box. The glimpse of Swift was captured on FOX’s NFL broadcast right as the game was beginning.

Kelce recently stated that he tried to ask out Swift while attending her concert, which was also held at Arrowhead Stadium. Then in an interview on September 21 on ESPN’s The Pat McAfee Show, he joked about how rumors had gone wild after his comments.

“It’s hilarious how much traction this has actually got,” Kelce said. “Right now, it’s like an old game in school called telephone, where everybody’s just whispering in each other’s ear, just hearing some random stuff…Especially, no one actually knows what’s going on.”

Kelce’s brother Jason, who plays center for the Philadelphia Eagles, also stated that the rumors were “100% true,” which Kelce addressed.

“Especially when you’ve got Jason Kelce on live television telling people just both sides,” he joked. “He doesn’t know. … The guy is absolutely ridiculous. Can’t stay out of the freaking headlines…Please, everybody, stop asking my brother about my love life.”

When McAfee asked him if he hated “gossip,” Kelce was very diplomatic.

“No, it’s life, baby. I threw it out there,” he said. “I threw the ball in her court and, you know, I told her, ‘I’ve seen you rock the stage at Arrowhead and you might have to come see me rock the stage at Arrowhead and see which one is a little more lit.’ So we’ll see what happens in the near future.”
