All About Charlie Puth’s Fiancée Brooke Sansone

On September 7, Charlie Puth announced his engagement to girlfriend Brooke Sansone with a post on Instagram about their shared pizza night.

“I flew to New York to ask my best friend to marry me, and she said yes,” Puth wrote in the caption. “I am the happiest, best version of myself and it is all because of you Brookie. I love you endlessly forever and ever and ever.”

In the carousel, Sansone’s pear-shaped diamond engagement ring is visible as they split up their slices and take a celebratory selfie. Now that things are getting more serious, here’s everything to know about Charlie Puth’s fiancée, Brooke Sansone.

Who is Brooke Sansone?

Sansone grew up in New Jersey, in the same town as Puth, and went on to get a degree in marketing at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, graduating in 2021. She now works in PR as the digital marketing and PR coordinator at Butter and Eggs Interiors, per her LinkedIn profile, an interior design company.

In her free time, Sansone has a passion for fashion, and co-runs an Instagram account called Thee Closet Next Door, about outfit curation.

She also frequently posts about traveling, another favored hobby.

How did they meet?

The pair grew together and were friends, according to an interview Puth gave on SiriusXM’s The Howard Stern Show.

“​​(She’s) someone that I grew up with,” he said. “As my life gets more turbulent and I travel everywhere, it’s really nice to have someone close to you that you’ve known for a very long time…And I would assume that when times inevitably are hard in the future — because what is life without valleys and peaks — she would be there for me as well.”

He added, “Honestly, I get so scared of people now, like, I can’t really walk anywhere for whatever reason, and I think the more that happens, the more I just want to retreat to someone that I’ve known for a long time. I’m not really interested in going out like I used to and being crazy.”

How long have Puth and Sansone been romantically involved?

Rumors about the pair started in the summer of 2022, when in July, Sansone shared photos from “the cape” on Instagram featuring both their families.

But in September of that year they were seen at the Global Citizen Festival in New York City along with just a few of Puth’s family members. They went Instagram official in December when Puth shared some photo booth pictures from his 31st birthday.

“Ohhhhh I’m NOT a loser…’cause I didn’t lose her!!! (Happy birthday to me.),” he captioned the pic.

Their red-carpet debut took place in February 2023 at Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammy Gala in Los Angeles.
