Anne Hathaway Drops Jaws in 2 Incredible Minidresses in Less Than 24 Hours
Anne Hathaway’s inimitable style has arrived in Tokyo.
The movie star celebrated the opening of Bulgari Hotel Tokyo by dressing in two glamorous outfits in the span of 24 hours.
Yesterday, during a media call for the opening, Hathaway embodied elegance in a little black dress from Givenchy’s fall 2023 collection. The strapless mini was completely adorned with black flowers and cinched at the waist with a black ribbon tied into a bow. She accessorized with black satin platform heels from Santoni and plenty of Bulgari diamond jewelry, including a stacked choker necklace and an array of rings.
The next day, the Eileen actor returned to the hotel for a press conference, where she opted for a violet monochrome moment. This time, she pulled from Valentino’s pre-fall 2023 collection, wearing a silk shift minidress in a vibrant purple hue. The dress featured shawl sleeves and a delicate princess neckline. Continuing the purple theme, she finished the bold look with lilac tights and metallic purple platform pumps, also by Valentino.
In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Hathaway opened up about entering her fashion renaissance thanks to her longtime stylist, Erin Walsh.
“Erin sees my idiosyncrasies as a strength. Maybe there was initial confusion with me because I was introduced to the world as a teenaged princess, but I never actually connected to things that are ‘sweet’ and ‘pretty’—no shade at all for those wonderful options. I love the right risk, as does she,” the actress said, adding, “I’ve never had this much fun—and it’s supposed to be fun, right?”
