Dua Lipa Continues Her Style Streak with a Suede Mini Skirt at a Knicks Game

After making a handful of stunning appearances throughout fashion month, Dua Lipa made her latest stylish appearance back in New York, sitting court-side at a Knicks game. The pop star was spotted at Madison Square Garden in a suede Ferragamo look featuring a matching jacket and pleated mini skirt, paired with knee-high boots and a red shoulder bag.

Both at the game and while out in the city, Lipa was seen with producer Mark Ronson (with whom she collaborated on “Electricity”) and his wife, actress Grace Gummer. One paparazzi shot even shows her toting a notebook of sorts—could it be for songwriting?

Lipa’s Ferragamo ensemble continues her string of notable outfits in the past month, including a sheer lace bodysuit at the GCDS show in Milan and a hooded halter dress and trench coat at the Saint Laurent show in Paris. The girl really does not miss.

As for a new album, Lipa is working on it. When she hosted Elton John on her podcast a year ago, she said the follow-up to Future Nostalgia was halfway done, but things have changed drastically since then. The process has “taken a complete turn as I’ve carried on working, and I really feel now that it’s starting to sound cohesive,” she told Variety in a November 2022 interview.

“So I’m going to keep writing in the early months of the new year and see where that takes me,” she added. “The album is different—it’s still pop but it’s different sonically, and there’s more of a lyrical theme. If I told you the title, everything would make sense—but I think we’ll just have to wait.”

Hopefully, we won’t have to wait too long.
