Emily Ratajkowski and Pete Davidson Were Photographed Hugging Amid Dating Reports

It didn’t take long for paparazzi to capture the first shots of Emily Ratajkowski and Pete Davidson’s new alleged romance. Ratajkowski and Davidson appeared hugging in photos taken of the two out in New York City last night. According to TMZ, Davidson drove to Ratajkowski’s West Village apartment to pick her up in his car but left when he spotted paparazzi there. Ratajkowski instead took a rideshare to Brooklyn, where they were photographed meeting in a building there, potentially Davidson’s place, TMZ noted.

Neither Ratajkowski nor Davidson has commented on dating reports, although Emrata did make headlines for liking Dionne Warwick’s tweet about dating Davidson next.

Us Weekly reported on Monday that Emrata and Davidson were an item. “Pete and Emily have been talking for a couple months now,” a source told the outlet, adding the two are “in the very early stages [of dating], but both really like each other.”

A source close to Davidson told People similarly that same day, saying they are “seeing each other.” No other detail was provided.

The confirmation came shortly after unverified gossip Instagram DeuxMoi posted that the two were seen out in Brooklyn over the weekend holding hands.

Both Davidson and Ratajkowski are recently single. Ratajkowski filed for divorce from her ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard in the summer. Davidson’s breakup from Kim Kardashian was reported in August after the two dated for nine months.

Still, Davidson may not be destined to be Ratajkowski’s serious boyfriend.

Ratajkowski recently said on her podcast that she doesn’t see herself in a traditional relationship with a man again following her split. “The main thing I would want from a relationship is emotional support, and men are having such a hard time giving that to women,” she said. “I can’t really imagine wanting that with someone else and having this traditional family structure. What I want is an emotional partner who can help me feel good about myself day-to-day.”

She added, “I don’t know, I’m obviously in a particular place in my life, but I can’t imagine a man doing that. So I’m like, ‘Why would I ever have a relationship again?’”
