LOSS OF TITLE DOCUMENT – Nigerian Observer

I, MR. IFEANYI NWEKE ODUM is the rightful owner of the parcel of land measuring 100 feet by 100 feet lying and situate at ward 40/A, Ogbeson Quarters, Benin City, Edo State within Survey Plan No ISO/BD/11/90 dated 9th day of January,1990, which was earlier made in favor of MR. VITALIS CHINYERE UGO MPIERI.

I acquired the said parcel of land from my father in-law, the aforementioned MR. VITALIS CHINYERE UGO MPIERI of No 91, Igun Street, Benin City, Edo State Nigeria vide a DEED OF TRANSFER dated the 12th day of September, 2006.

It got to my notice that the Oba’s Approval, a very vital part of the title documents was missing from amongst the other documents in my custody relating to the said parcel of land that were handed over to me by the transferor- my father-in-law upon the completion of the transaction in 2006

I have made all efforts to locate the whereabouts of this particular title documents but all efforts have ended up in futility as the said title documents could not be located.

I hereby bring to the notice of the general public, the awareness about the missing document and for all legal intents and purposes pending when it is found and recovered
