Why Khloé Kardashian Hasn’t Announced Her New Baby Boy’s Name Yet

Khloé Kardashian and her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson welcomed their second child, a baby boy, via surrogate, Kardashian’s rep confirmed on Friday, but don’t expect a name announcement imminently. A source explained to People that Kardashian actually hasn’t chosen one yet.

“Khloé hasn’t shared a name yet,” the source said. “She is taking her time with the name. She wants it to be just right.”

The source added, “Khloé is on cloud nine. Getting a sibling for True has been such a journey. She is very excited to be a mom again. She really wanted a baby boy.”

Kardashian’s sister Kylie Jenner also hasn’t shared the name of her son that she and her boyfriend Travis Scott welcomed in February. The baby was originally named Wolf until Jenner announced she was changing the name as it didn’t suit him.

Entertainment Tonight also received an update on how Kardashian is faring as a new mom of two. “Khloé is so grateful to have been able to expand her family and is adjusting to being a mom of two,” the source said, adding that Kardashian “has been with the baby for a little while now.”

The source also addressed Thompson’s feelings about his fourth child and third son. “Tristan really wanted a baby boy and is so happy to have welcomed a son,” the source said.

Thompson and Kardashian’s first child together, four-year-old True, “is loving every moment about being a big sister and wants to be a ‘mini mommy’ to the baby,” the source said.
