- Kim Kardashian shared an inside look at Psalm’s 7th birthday party to Instagram on May 14.
- The party was Pokémon-themed and featured trading cards, Poké Ball balloons, and an appearance from Pikachu.
- The post offered a rare look at Kardashian’s youngest child after the reality star discussed why she doesn’t share too much of Psalm online.
Kim Kardashian shared an inside look at her son Psalm’s 7th birthday party to Instagram on May 14. The event included elaborate gifts, Poké Ball balloons, and an appearance from Pikachu (or rather, Mason Disick in a costume), who took photos with the Kardashian-Jenner children.
Kardashian dressed casually in a plain white sleeveless bodysuit and blue high-waisted jeans, while her kids leaned into the Pokémon party theme. The birthday boy wore a gray Pikachu T-shirt with black basketball shorts, while his sister Chicago opted for a faded Pikachu T-shirt with blue jeans. Older brother Saint wore a faded gray T-shirt with light gray jeans.
Activities for the event included an oversize Pokémon trading card photo station, where Dream Kardashian and Psalm posed together for pictures, trading card handouts, dance time with a DJ, and time spent playing in the family pool. The festivities concluded with Psalm cutting a piece of his birthday cake while surrounded by friends and family.
Kim has not shared too much of Psalm’s life on social media. In a 2025 episode of The Kardashians, she opened up about her decision to post him less than her other kids. “It is really funny,” she said. “When you have your first kid, you post everything, then your second kid a little less, and your third kid a little less. It is just kind of what happens with everything.”
She continued, “I feel like people don’t really know Psalm, but he is the smartest, silliest little boy. He is a total go-with-the-flow kid. He never says no or goes against anything. He is a dream child and is the most independent. He loves to dance, and he would never have a tantrum. He has the cutest voice you have ever heard.”
Earlier that season, Kim opened up about her divorce from Kanye West and said she had been trying to protect her children as much as possible from any drama. “I feel more stressed probably just because I have to protect my kids. Everyone around can handle [the drama], but I want to protect my babies. They are going to know things. They’re going to grow up and see,” she explained. “So, my job as a mom is to just make sure that at a time when that behavior is happening, is just to make sure that they are protected.”
