America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders delivered its most exciting chapter yet with season 3, which saw the return of several fan-favorite characters and the rise of breakout stars like Reece Weaver. Fans are officially in luck—the show will continue exploring the highs and lows of earning (and maintaining) a spot in the NFL’s most successful cheerleading franchise for another season.

Yes! Netflix announced on August 20 that America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders will return for a fourth season.

“Every season we get a little further past the performance and closer to the person. What excites me is more than just who makes the team—it’s what these women
are willing to explore and let viewers see along their journey,” the show’s director and executive producer, Greg Whiteley, said in a press release. “That kind of trust takes years, and I’m grateful we get another season to tell their stories.”

DCC senior director Kelli Finglass added, “Each new season is another opportunity to showcase the extraordinary talent, dedication, and individuality of our team. We’re proud to continue to share their stories and artistry with audiences, inspiring the next generation of young performers all over the world to dream big and pursue their passions.”

The television show additionally shared the news through a video with some of the cheerleaders on the team.

Like previous seasons, the show will follow Dallas Cowboys cheerleader hopefuls on the road to landing a spot on the team, and all the trials and tribulations that come in the process.

The official logline reads: “From Emmy Award-winning director Greg Whiteley, the fan-favorite series will return to continue giving viewers personal, unfiltered access into one of the most iconic squads in sports. Season 4 will follow the 2026-27 Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders team as highly competitive auditions give way to training camp and a full NFL season.”

America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders will premiere in 2027, though an official date has not been set.
