Madelaine Petsch and Tyga’s Rumored Relationship Timeline

In February, sightings of rapper Tyga and Riverdale star Madelaine Petsch out and about in Los Angeles led to rumors that the pair might be dating. Petsch recently broke off a relationship with music manager Anthony Li, with whom she shared a long friendship before they dated for about a year. Preceding Li, Petsch dated Travis Mills from 2017 to 2020.

Tyga and Petsch reportedly met in November at the rapper’s 35th birthday party on November 19, according to a source speaking to US Weekly. They kept in touch and are rumored to have begun dating a few months later.

February 2025

On February 19, they were seen together at the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Charlotte Hornets basketball game at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. The date appeared to be platonic one and they were joined by a few other friends, but fans were quick to infer the outing was something more.

On February 26, the pair were seen at Vanity Fair’s Instagram Young Hollywood party at Chateau Marmont. They were photographed together inside and seen leaving arm-in-arm.

March 2025

A source told US Weekly in March that the couple is “definitely” dating.

“They’ve been dating for about four months,” an insider said.

Another source told TMZ that they have been friends, but “around a month ago the friendship turned romantic,” adding that “they’re telling people who know them that the relationship is new and they’re enjoying each other’s company and their time together.”
