All About Ari Fournier, Cole Sprouse’s Girlfriend of Over Two Years

Cole Sprouse and girlfriend, Ari Fournier, have been a couple for years. On Friday, July 16, 2021, the actor posted a photo of Fournier with the caption “Tippi and the burds.” Over two years later, Fournier and Sprouse are going strong.

Sprouse’s July 2021 shot was the first photo he posted of Fournier on his Instagram grid, which confirmed their relationship. Some fans commented with disappointed reactions, including: “My heart broke with this photo.”

Sprouse seemed to catch on to the overall mood of his fans, and he posted a teasing comment on his Story.

After the above, he posted the below, which seems to indicate that, yes, he and Fournier are officially official.

This series of posts came after months of speculation about Sprouse and Fournier.

Per The Daily Mail, Sprouse was seen in late May on a dinner night in Echo Park with his then-rumored girlfriend, Fournier. Fournier wore a green floral minidress while Sprouse wore a brown blazer, light-wash jeans, and white Converse.

The two have been sparking dating rumors since February, and their playful PDA seemed to suggest the rumors were true. This potential new relationship follows the confirmation of Sprouse’s breakup with his Riverdale co-star Lili Reinhart in August 2020.

In October of 2020, he was seen showing PDA with another Canadian model, Reina Silva, in Vancouver. By early March, Sprouse was seen with Fournier in Vancouver, where Page Six said they were seen on an informal walking tour of the city. They were seen in the Gastown neighborhood of Vancouver, where they enjoyed brunch and walked around the area.

“Lili and I initially separated in January of this year, deciding to more permanently split in March,” he wrote on Instagram at the time of their breakup. “What an incredible experience I had, I’ll always feel lucky and cherish that I had the chance to fall in love. I wish her nothing but the utmost love and happiness moving forward.”

We know a lot about Sprouse and Reinhart, but who, exactly, is Fournier? Here is what we know.

She is a professional model.

Fournier is signed with Elite Model Management. Per a video she made on YouTube, she was discovered at the age of 15 via Instagram.

This would have been about eight years ago; she will turn 23 in August.

She’s from Canada.

Fournier seems to be based in Montreal, but as anyone clued in to the Hollywood industry knows, more projects film in Vancouver, so if she is spending time with Sprouse, it would make sense that she would be hanging around that city more than Montreal. She speaks French, which makes sense because…Montreal.

She is also a YouTuber.

During quarantine, she started her YouTube channel, where she talks about beauty, travel, life after lockdown, and what it’s like to be a model.

She rides and loves horses.

Sprouse paid tribute to her in August 2023 in a rare look at this life together.

On August 28, Sprouse posted a birthday tribute to Fournier on Instagram. “It’s @ariloufournier day today, just like every other day. ????,” he wrote alongside intimate footage of them.

Sprouse offered rare remarks on where he stands on getting engaged to Fournier in an April 2024 interview with Kelly Ripa.

In early April 2024, Sprouse spoke to Kelly Ripa about how he sees Fournier. “Here’s what I will say—and I’m sure you understand this with Mark [Consuelos too, Ripa’s husband] too—when real compatibility comes into your life, it makes almost everything in the past feel like a lesson or a stepping stone to what you’ve arrived to now, and I think this is the first time in my life…where I’ve been so wholly and completely able to be myself in a relationship, and I think that is a tremendous testament to her [Fournier] and the way she carries herself.

“She looks up to you quite a bit,” he continued. “And I don’t think it’s a coincidence that Ari and I have gotten so close to you and Mark because I think you guys represent a kind of masculinity and femininity that we both find so admirable, especially in 2024.
