Jennifer Lopez Wears Hot Pink Dress With Deep Plunging Neckline

On Friday, Jennifer Lopez continued her press tour for her new film and album, This Is Me…Now, with an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in New York City. The movie star wore a hot pink dress from Valentino FW23 Couture featuring a plunging neckline and a long skirt slit up the front, where fabric was gathered in a knot at her belly button.

She arrived at the studio wearing a long gray trench coat and a pair of burgundy leather gloves. On her feet were open-toe silver platforms, and she carried a matching clutch.

That same day, she stepped out for an interview with Apple Music Radio hosts Ebro Darden and Ja Rule, wearing a more casual but very stylish ensemble. The singer was in tiny black leather shorts over sheer stockings with black platforms, and a cream-colored hoodie under a huge fur coat.

The new album is about J.Lo’s rekindled relationship with husband Ben Affleck, who she was first engaged to almost 20 years ago. They called things off in 2003, and then reconnected years later after going through other marriages and having children. In an interview with Variety, Lopez says she used some of Affleck’s love letters to come up with ideas for her music, a collection of writings her husband called “The Greatest Love Story Never Told.”

In a documentary on the album’s making, Affleck reportedly seemed “taken aback” to see his words being shared with Lopez’s team, saying, “I did really find the beauty and the poetry and the irony in the fact that it’s the greatest love story never told. If you’re making a record about it, that seems kind of like telling it.”

But Lopez says he came around, explaining, “He realized this was a surrealistic, fantastical journey that we were making.”
