Kylie Jenner Debuts New Bob Haircut

On Friday, Kylie Jenner debuted a stunning new haircut that shows how much she looks like her mother, Kris Jenner, in all the best ways. The Kardashian‘s star has taken off several inches from her usual style of shoulder-length brunette waves, wearing it now in a tendrily bob that accentuates her gorgeous jawline and neck. Across her forehead were some new curtain bangs styled to the side.

In a post on Instagram revealing the new look, she wrote in the caption, “Kris Jenner is quaking.”

Kris responded in the comments by referencing rapper Ice Spice’s lyrics, saying, “You’re not even the fart.”

In her Instagram Stories, Kylie went on to share several photos and video clips modeling her haircut while wearing a strapless black crop top and matching skirt.

In a TikTok last April, Kylie shared that she was on a “hair health journey” after many years of experimenting with frequent color changes.

“My hair. This is my natural hair,” she said. “We’ve just been embracing. We’re on a hair health journey so I haven’t been wearing any extensions and this is what we’re dealing with.”

She’s talked in the past about how much fun she’s had with her hair, explaining to Cosmopolitan in 2015, “I first dyed my hair when I was 16. I dyed it blue and I never even asked my mom. After that, I’ve just had this addiction to changing my hair. It makes me feel like a new person. I love feeling different and I love leaving the house knowing that nobody has ever seen me this way.”

She added, “It’s hard for me to go back to different styles I’ve worn before; I don’t always like my normal short, black hair. That look makes me feel like I’m going back in time. It’s like I’m going back to that moment a year ago and I just don’t want be in that space.”

It seems like she’s embraced her “normal short, black hair” for 2024.
