Ariana Grande Channels Glinda in a Frilly Pink Balenciaga Dress

Ariana Grande may have officially wrapped filming Wicked, but the star may have just given a nod to her character, Glinda the good witch, with her latest look.

On February 5, Grande posted a photo dump to her Instagram, starting off the carousel with two pictures of her in a frilly light-pink dress by Balenciaga. The look was completely constructed out of strips of ribbon, and cinched at the waist with a big bow. She added a touch of balletcore with white tights and satin pumps in the same pink hue, and some sparkle with diamond earrings from independent brand Smiling Rocks.

Her ashy-blonde hair was slicked up tied into her signature high ponytail.

Grande’s stylist Mimi Cuttrell, who put the ensemble together for her, also shared some photos, tagging the pop star in the caption.

“We’re going to have fun this year ????????????,” Grande commented. “I love you.”

Now that Wicked has finished filming, Grande has returned to focusing on her music career. The singer released her single “yes, and?” on January 12, dropping the music video on the same day.

Then, just five days later on January 17, Grande announced her upcoming album, Eternal Sunshine. Her seventh studio album will be released on March 8, 2024.
