Selena Gomez Hosts Huge Sleepover Party for Friend Nicola Peltz’s Birthday
On Saturday, Nicola Peltz shared photos from her surprise sleepover birthday party hosted by her bestie Selena Gomez and Gomez’s boyfriend, Benny Blanco. Peltz turned 29-years-old on January 9, and it looks like she had a blow out celebration with her crew based on the carousel of pics.
“I’m so grateful for all the beautiful and kind people in my life, all my best friends surprised me for my birthday with a pj night and we played games (my heaven!),” Peltz wrote in the caption. “Thank you all so much for making me feel so loved,” she continued. “I love you all so much and thank you Benny for making the best food everrrr and you and Sel for hosting ????????????????.”
In most of the pictures, the group is wearing matching pajama sets in black with white piping. Gomez brought her little sister along, 10-year-old Gracie Elliott Teefy. They took a pic outside what looks like Gomez’s house with pink balloons, and some group photos in the living room, showing Peltz’s husband, Brooklyn Beckham, and Blanco. There was also a shot of her pink birthday cake with her photo laid on top, and the words, “Happy Birthday Nicola.”
In her Instagram Stories, Peltz shared a video clip of Gomez lighting up the candles, writing over it, “I love you guys so much,” then adding, “omg I’m so awkward.”
In the past few years, Gomez has often posted about Beckham and Peltz and the time they spend together, even joking that they are a “throuple.” But with Blanco in the picture, it looks like there will be a whole lot more double dates. On January 5, a source told People that Gomez is “super happy and present” with the music producer and “she seems to be really feeling herself at the moment.”
“Maybe that’s Benny or maybe that’s just where she’s at personally and professionally,” the insider added. “Everyone is so happy that she’s happy.”
