Travis Kelce Reportedly Bought a New House Because of Taylor Swift Relationship

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship has clearly been escalating, to the point that one of them is buying new property, TMZ reports. While Kelce and Swift did not buy a house together, as an insider told Entertainment Tonight earlier this week, Kelce did buy a new place in Kansas City, Missouri. The sale closed Tuesday, per TMZ.

Kelce paid $6 million for the new property, which is bigger and more secluded, the outlet shared. The six-bedroom, six-bathroom “mansion” is “in a gated community” and includes “a pool with a waterfall attached, plus, a tennis and pickleball court, not to mention a mini golf course,” TMZ wrote.

Multiple sources told TMZ that a number of factors led Kelce to make the purchase, but his need for privacy amid his Taylor Swift romance was a major one. His current home is more accessible and attracting people and paparazzi too easily. The sources also said that Kelce bought the house on his own for himself, and Swift did not help pay for it.

Still, things between Swift and Kelce are flourishing, especially on Swift’s side, a source told Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday. That source said that Swift is “super happy with Travis, and she has been having a great time with him. They have a lot of fun together and she loves how chivalrous he is. Taylor feels at ease with Travis and they are already very comfortable around each other.”

Page Six, meanwhile, got another photo of Swift and Kelce sitting close together at Saturday Night Live’s after-party they attended early Sunday.
