Prince Harry Reveals His Very Romantic Nickname for Meghan Markle in New Heart of Invictus Series

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s second Netflix project, Harry’s Heart of Invictus documentary series, has been released on the platform. While the focus isn’t on their relationship like it was in their first go-around, Harry & Meghan, Harry did let one new intimate detail about their relationship slip: the romantic nickname he uses for his wife.

Meghan introduced Harry during the Invictus Games in The Hague, which took place in April 2022. Her speech was included in the Heart of Invictus series, per Hello!. It’s after Meghan’s speech that Harry thanks her for her introduction by calling her “my love.”

Meghan said:

Good evening everyone, thank you so much for your service and to all the family and friends here that have been there supporting you along the way because this is service.

Now it is my distinguished honor to introduce someone who I think you’ll be excited to hear from. He has spent many late nights and early mornings planning for these games to make them as perfect as possible for each of you.

I could not love and respect him more and I know many of you feel the same because he is your fellow veteran having served two tours of Afghanistan, and ten years of military service and the founder of Invictus Games and the father to our two little ones, Archie and Lili.

This is dedication and this is the Invictus family. Please welcome to the stage my incredible husband, Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex.

Harry went up on stage, kissed Meghan, and said, “Thank you, my love,” revealing the moniker publicly. Other nicknames Harry uses for Meghan include “Meg” and “M.” Meghan herself calls Harry “H” and “Haz,” as revealed in Harry & Meghan.
