Kylie Jenner Wore a Sheer Floral Dress for a Jean Paul Gaultier Party With Daughter Stormi
Kylie Jenner wore Jean Paul Gaultier to the Met Gala, opting for a red asymmetric dress, and the subsequent after parties, where she wore a black corset dress. But Jenner wasn’t finished showcasing designs from the French fashion house. On Tuesday, Jenner was photographed leaving the Ritz-Carlton in Manhattan in a completely sheer floral dress by the brand for Jean Paul Gaultier x The Webster’s launch of its Flowers collection. Her five-year-old daughter Stormi joined her for the event, also outfitted in a Jean Paul Gaultier design.
Jenner shared photos of her look (and some of Stormi with her at the event), captioning her grid post, “she’s a jpg girl ???? @jeanpaulgaultier”
Jenner is currently the face of Jean Paul Gaultier’s Flowers campaign.
She celebrated wearing the designer on the Met Gala red carpet too, writing on Instagram, “HAIDER ACKERMANN FOR JEAN PAUL GAULTIER ♥️???? thank you to the entire @jeanpaulgaultier team and @h.a ! i love you guyssss ???????? you make my fashion dreams come true.”
Fans have noted that Ackermann is very close friends with Timothée Chalamet, who Jenner is reported to be dating right now. Chalamet was not at the Met Gala this year, so he and Jenner could not make a red carpet debut there as a couple.
Still, People reported on April 19 that Chalamet and Jenner have been privately seeing each other weekly. “[They] hang out every week, [but] it’s not serious,” the Jenner source said. “She is getting to know him. Kylie is having fun. After years of back and forth with Travis [Scott, her children’s father with whom she had an on-off relationship before their split, reported in January], she just wants to date without any pressure.”
The source added that “they have a lot to chat about,” calling Chalamet “fun and charming” to Jenner.
