Megan Fox Deleted Her Instagram After Sparking Machine Gun Kelly Breakup Rumors

Megan Fox deleted her Instagram yesterday, marking a drastic public move in the wake of her setting off rumors that she and her fiancé Machine Gun Kelly broke up. She and Kelly were spotted at Drake’s pre-Super Bowl party Friday night, so her actions Sunday morning came in stark contrast to their very recent public date night and united front.

Fox caught the media’s attention yesterday after she unfollowed Kelly on Instagram, deleted almost all of their photos together, and shared a photo quoting the lyric, “You can taste the dishonesty/ it’s all over your breath,” from Beyoncé’s 2016 Lemonade song, “Pray You Catch Me.” (The album, of course, was about Jay-Z’s infidelity.)

Comments by Celebs captured her responding to a comment where a fan suggested that Kelly potentially cheated on her with guitarist Sophie Lloyd. “He probably got with Sophie,” the fan wrote. Fox cheekily commented, “Maybe I got with Sophie.” The photo Fox shared of herself was actually from her Friday date night with Kelly.

As of 11:26 A.M. today, Fox’s Instagram is disabled.

Neither she nor Kelly have responded to breakup rumors explicitly yet. But the two have been subject to split rumors before. In August, they went out to lunch and shut down breakup speculation after fans noticed Kelly hadn’t appeared on Fox’s Instagram since June.

In May, a source claimed to The Sun that the couple did have a rough patch. Friends are worried they could be on the rocks as they have been fighting a lot and getting on each other’s nerves,” the source alleged then. “They had an amazing relationship for the first year but now Megan often feels she is dealing with a grown-up child. He can also be prone to jealousy whenever she talks to other men. They both feel under pressure because their relationship is so in the public eye and rumors about her pregnancy have also caused arguments. It’s not over yet but friends think Megan would be the one that would end things.”
