Jennifer Lawrence Wears Bright Patterned Summer Dress In NYC

On Saturday, Jennifer Lawrence strolled through the streets of New York City, once again wearing perfect summer fashion. Her collared dress was in a brightly patterned blue, red, and white design, in what looked like little illustrated sailboats and red fish. The hem ended several inches above her knee, showing off her sculpted legs.

On her feet, Lawrence wore a pair of transluscent white jellies. For accessories, she had a large pair of black sunglasses, gold earrings, and a gold pendant that looked similar to the one she was photographed wearing on Friday. She had her blonde hair up in a simple bun.

The actress has been enjoying New York City this summer and since the birth of her first baby with husband Cooke Maroney earlier this year. The couple has been looking at property on both coasts, but this seems to be where they’re enjoying the warm weather for now.

Though she seems to be enjoying some time alone, Lawrence has been quite busy and is about to see the release of a few projects. The most imminent one is the movie Red, White and Water, which Collider reports stars Lawrence as “a U.S. solider who suffers a traumatic brain injury in Afghanistan and struggles to recover back home.”

She’s also working on a comedy feature titled No Hard Feelings, according to Deadline. Lawrence is signed on as a producer for both films. The actress’s last release was the Netflix hit Don’t Look Up, which co-starred Leonardo DiCaprio, Cate Blanchett, Timothée Chalamet, and Meryl Streep. At the time of its release in January of 2022, the movie broke the record for “most viewing hours for a movie in a single week in Netflix’s history” in its first 28 days on the streaming service.
