Off-White Just Launched Perfumes

Legendary fashion brand Off-White, which visionary Virgil Abloh led until his passing in November of 2021, just made its first foray into the beauty world, launching four genderless fragrances. The new beauty line, called “Paperwork” is a collection “(re)imagined as an innovative toolkit designed to celebrate diversity and inspire self-expression; it invites all human beings to amplify their individuality and celebrate their potential, employing playful technology and non-conformist ethos to empower personal expression, pushing everyone to expand its potential beyond traditional beauty,” the brand said in a statement.

The line of fragrances is called “Solution.” 01 is a woody scent, with notes of bergamot, sage, seaweed, and patchouli. o2 is a brighter, more citrusy fragrance, with notes of tangerine, ginger, lemon, and coriander. 03 is a spicy floral perfume with notes of pepper, musk, and rose. Finally, 04 contains notes of eucalyptus, bamboo, and palo santo, for a brighter, woody perfume.

Abloh himself created these perfumes in collaboration with perfumers like Alexis Dadier, Sidonie Lancesseur, and Jerome Epinette, who have all worked on bestselling fragrances. While the current selection of products from Off-White currently only has perfumes, color cosmetics are on the horizon, including pigmented face and body crayons, and beauty stencils—which you might have spotted on celebs like Kendall Jenner on the runway. There is also a line of nail polishes in the works, with six different finishes, from cracked to glitter.

While we may have to wait a little longer to get our hands on the color cosmetics, the Off-White “Solution” perfumes are available at farfetch.com and on off—white.com.
