Dua Lipa Wore Chanel to Her Yankees Date Night With Callum Turner
Dua Lipa isn’t letting a baseball game get in the way of a good fashion moment.
On Wednesday night, the singer joined her husband, Callum Turner, at Yankee Stadium for Game 3 of the American League Division Series against the Tampa Bay Rays. While most fans came dressed in the typical game-day uniform of jerseys and merch, Lipa arrived in a burgundy leather coat from Chanel’s Métiers d’Art 2026 collection.
The croc-embossed design featured a glossy finish and gold buttons stamped with the house’s iconic interlocking CC logo. Designed by Matthieu Blazy, the coat made its runway debut last December, when Chanel presented its Métiers d’Art collection inside a New York City subway station.
Lipa made the runway piece more practical for the occasion, pairing it with a black top and jeans. She wore her hair down and added a deep reddish-brown lip that complemented the coat’s rich color. Turner, meanwhile, opted for a cream zip-up sweater and jeans.
The couple appeared to be enjoying the game, too. In photos and a video shared by Major League Baseball, they were seen sitting together in the stands before standing up to celebrate and exchange high fives with nearby fans.
Lipa’s latest outing comes just two days after she attended the house’s spring/summer 2027 runway show in Paris, where she leaned into a more maximalist look: a textured, feather-covered ensemble with a matching top and skirt with a thigh-high slit.
Her relationship with the French fashion house extends well beyond the front row. Lipa is a Chanel ambassador and previously starred in the brand’s Chanel 25 handbag campaign.
The newly married couple’s baseball date follows a busy few months since their June wedding. They were spotted together at Bulgari’s Serpenti Infiniti after-party during New York Fashion Week in September, where Lipa wore a gold Clio Peppiatt top with black trousers.
