  • Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will reportedly have over 1,000 guests at their New York City wedding on July 3.
  • Ahead of the nuptials, stars close to Swift, like Sabrina Carpenter, were spotted in the area, fueling speculation they will be attending.
  • Reports about guests have been coming out for months, with Swift and Kelce inviting old friends, colleagues, and some musical icons.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce haven’t shared much about their wedding, but chatter about their guest list has been making headlines for months. While on her The Life of a Showgirl press tour back in October, Swift invited hosts Graham Norton and Greg James to her nuptials during her taped interviews.

In the time since, celebrities and sources alike have discussed who is and isn’t invited to the highly anticipated event. On July 1, People noted some likely guests, including Sabrina Carpenter and Ed Sheeran, were also spotted in upstate New York prior to the reported July 2-3 nuptials. Swift herself was also seen in a video arriving at her friend Gigi Hadid’s apartment that same day.

Here, a breakdown of who’s confirmed to be at the pair’s wedding, along with a rundown of who else likely made the guest list.

Swift and Kelce are having a big wedding with over 1,000 guests.

Multiple outlets, including The New York Times and ABC News, reported that Swift will be having about 1,100 guests at her July 3 wedding.

About 100 guests are expected at her rehearsal dinner on July 2, CBS News reported.

In October, Swift herself told Graham Norton that she was having a big wedding, explaining that she was inviting everyone in her “bubble.”

She said of her nuptials generally, “I know it’s going to be fun to plan because I think the only stressful wedding is when you have a small amount [of space for guests].” She added that’s when “you have to assess your relationship to see if they’re going to be there.”

A source told People in September that the wedding wouldn’t be super public, though. “[They] want to keep it more private,” the insider said. “It will definitely be a private affair and not a spectacle. They both have a close circle of friends, and they’ll respect their privacy.”

In late June, a source told NBC News that all guests received an NDA with their invitation, and sources told ABC News that the couple would have a strict no-phone policy at their events.

Prince William and Kate Middleton will not be there.

In May, Prince William quipped he was hoping for an invitation to Swift’s nuptials (“I’m hoping, and I’m sure there might be an invitation around, but we’ll see,” he told Heart Breakfast). But People has since learned the Prince of Wales and his wife, Kate Middleton, ultimately would not be attending the New York City nuptials. The outlet confirmed the news on June 30.

William posed backstage with Swift and Kelce during her The Eras Tour show in London in June 2024, with his two oldest children Prince George and Princess Charlotte joining them. Swift ultimately used that shot to go Instagram official with Kelce:

Confirmed Guests

In addition to Swift and Kelce’s families (her parents and brother Austin Swift; his parents, brother Jason Kelce, and sister-in-law Kylie Kelce), several celebrities have spoken about being invited.

Graham Norton

Swift invited the British host herself to her wedding in October. He later tweeted about it.

Greg James

Swift invited James to the wedding during her BBC Radio 1 interview in October.

Suki Waterhouse

Waterhouse, Swift’s longtime friend, told Variety in May that she would be attending the singer’s wedding. When asked about she and Robert Pattinson’s own wedding plans, Waterhouse replied, “Nothing scarier than the actual planning part, right? I’m gonna go to Taylor’s wedding, and maybe I’ll get some inspiration. It will be amazing.”

Ed Sheeran

The British singer was seen upstate, in Malta, New York, on June 30, fueling speculation he would indeed be at Swift’s wedding.

Swift hinted herself at her longtime friend’s attendance during an interview with Hits Radio in October when she was asked whether Sheeran would perform at her wedding. “Oh, I mean it would be hard to keep him from it, I think,” she said.

“He’s like, ‘I’m always being asked to sing at weddings,’” she continued. “It’s like, ‘Ed, if there’s a stage you know that you’ll be on it.’ He knows what people want, and he wants to give people what they want. That’s the fun thing about our friendship is we both love performing, we love writing, and we love singing. We’re like, ‘Oh, don’t make me sing! All right!’”

She added that “it’s actually not that hard to talk either of us into performing at anything.”

George and Claire Kittle

George Kittle, a tight end for the San Francisco 49ers, co-hosts Tight End University with Kelce. During TEU in mid-June, George revealed a rule for the couple’s wedding—and simultaneously confirmed his own attendance. “They said absolutely no gifts,” Kittle told Extra TV. “But I was thinking, Travis, for some reason, really likes old coins, so I might get him an old coin.”

His wife, Claire Kittle, also revealed the couple hadn’t disclosed their wedding location yet. “We don’t know,” Claire told Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet of the Tight Ends & Friends Concert.

George added, “I actually asked Travis last night and he laughed at me, so… I’m half expecting there just to be a jumbo jet on the runway and they put us on a plane somewhere. I don’t have expectations, I know it’s going to be amazing.”

Andy Reid

Peters Clothiers, a Kansas City menswear store, shared a photo of Andy Reid, the Chiefs’ coach, picking up his tuxedo on June 25. (The wedding is reportedly black tie.)

“Thank you, Coach Reid! ????,” the store wrote over the photo of him holding his garment bag. It came after they shared a photo of Reid getting fitted for his tuxedo on June 12, noting he was getting ready for Swift and Kelce’s wedding.

Reported Guests

Selena Gomez

Gomez, who has been Swift’s close friend for over 17 years, has been filming Only Murders in the Building in London but is expected to fly back to New York City for the festivities. Swift gave a speech at Gomez’s wedding to Benny Blanco in September. She later spoke on The Tonight Show about watching Gomez get married. “I got to see her be the most elegant, gorgeous, not only bride, but just vision that I’ve ever seen in my life,” she began. “I’ve never seen anything so beautiful as her on her wedding day. And she deserves all this happiness.”

Zoë Kravitz

A source close to Swift told People in April that Kravitz was invited to her wedding. The two stars have been friends for years, with Kravitz notably co-writing “Lavender Haze” with Swift for her 2022 album Midnights. Kravitz is engaged herself to Harry Styles, whom Swift dated over a decade ago, in 2012.

Stevie Nicks

Sources confirmed to Rolling Stone that Swift’s friend’s Stevie Nicks would be attending the wedding and was expected to perform there, too.

Swift has described the legendary singer as one of her three favorite people. “I have Stevie Nicks in my life in a way that affects me positively constantly,” she told host Stephen Colbert on The Late Show in December. “Like, being able to talk to her and have a phone call with her and hear what she’s been through. She paved the way for me and any other artist to get to do this on this level so I feel very lucky that she’s lended her very magical, wonderful, wise approach to life to me.”

Mariska Hargitay

The actress, whose Law & Order: SVU character Olivia Benson inspired the name of one of Swift’s cats, sparked rumors she could attend the ceremony when fans noticed her Broadway schedule for Every Brilliant Thing included a break on July 3, Swift’s reported wedding date.

Swift recently sat with her at Game 4 of the NBA Finals and gave her a “Stevie Knicks” shirt to wear.

Emma Stone

Stone and Swift have been friends since they were teenagers, and Stone is based in New York City. Multiple outlets reported that Stone and her husband, Dave McCary, are expected at the wedding.

Stone spoke to Vanity Fair about their friendship in 2023. She had been asked about attending the Eras Tour. “I was lucky ’cause we’ve been friends for a really long time,” she said. “I’ve known her since we were 17 and 18, so she hooked me up, which was very nice ’cause I know those tickets are impossible to get. She’s a wonderful friend. She blows my mind. I mean, the amount of sheer stamina to do three-and-a-half hours and perform 44 songs and to maintain the extreme energy of the audience—I’ve never seen anything like it.”

Gigi Hadid

Hadid and Swift’s friendship goes back to 2014. Swift even spent time with the model ahead of her wedding on July 1. TMZ ran a video of Swift arriving at Hadid’s New York City apartment. In 2023, Hadid corrected a false tabloid report claiming she felt Swift was doing too much, too soon for her then-new boyfriend Kelce. Hadid wrote, “We are all over the moon for our girl.”

Sabrina Carpenter

Carpenter is more than just a friend of Swift’s; she was her Eras Tour opener and collaborated on “The Life of a Showgirl.” Multiple outlets reported she was on the guest list, and the singer seemingly confirmed that herself when she was seen out at NYC restaurant Emmett’s on Grove on June 30.

Jack Antonoff

Antonoff is a longtime collaborator and friend of Swift’s, and as such, is expected to attend. Swift was a guest at Antonoff’s 2023 wedding to Margaret Qualley, and the two artists recently worked together on Toy Story 5 song, “I Knew It, I Knew You.”

Aaron Dessner

Swift has been collaborating with Dessner on music for years, starting with her 2020 album, Folklore. He was seen with Sheeran in Malta, New York, on June 30.

Cara Delevingne

Delevingne is an original Swift squad member, and their friendship spans over a decade, so it’s no surprise reports indicate she received an invite.

Delevingne once lived with Swift and spoke about the experience in 2024. “I was going through a really horrible breakup, and she let me live with her,” Delevingne told Nikki Glaser for Interview. “We’re very different people. She’s very homely, because she looked after me so well, but we got into some—not trouble, but I definitely took her for a bit of a wild ride. Just to get her to blush would be great.”

The Haim sisters

Swift frequently hangs out with Este, Alana, and Danielle Haim, and the sisters are expected to be wedding guests. Este, Alana, and Swift made headlines at Game 4 of the NBA Finals for their pun-inspired Knicks shirts.

Kelce’s Chiefs teammates

While the exact names haven’t been shared (though Patrick and Brittany Mahomes are likely to be among them), The New York Times reported that several Chiefs players had rented hotel rooms at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square for dates around July 3.

The New York Knicks’ starting lineup

On July 1, news spread that Swift and Kelce had a sporty addition to their guest list: the New York Knicks’ starting lineup, including Jalen Brunson. Swift cheered on the Knicks at Madison Square Garden during Game 4 of the NBA Finals. They won the championship in Game 5.

Abigail Anderson Berard

Swift’s childhood best friend Abigail Anderson Berard was seen at Swift’s Watch Hill, Rhode Island, beach house during the weekend the singer was rumored to be having her bachelorette. She has long been expected to attend Swift’s wedding.

Ashley Avignone

Avignone is another close friend of Swift’s who she often hangs out with in New York City. Like Anderson Berard, she is another widely expected addition to Swift’s guest list.

Tim McGraw

The country singer, who inspired Swift’s first big song “Tim McGraw,” is rumored to be more than just a guest at Swift’s wedding—reports indicate he’ll be a performer as well.
