In a bid to tackle the growing incidence of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) and femicide in Nigeria, the DOHS Cares for Vulnerable Women and Children Foundation (DOHS) has entered into a strategic partnership with TSM House Agency to deploy technology-driven solutions aimed at prevention, reporting, and advocacy.
The collaboration, unveiled in a statement on Friday, is expected to strengthen digital infrastructure, expand public awareness, and enhance data-driven responses to SGBV and femicide cases across the country.

According to the organisations, the partnership will be implemented in phases, focusing on key initiatives including the redesign of DOHS’ website to improve accessibility and user experience, development of an SGBV case dashboard for effective data tracking and reporting, and the creation of a mobile application targeted at femicide prevention.
Other components include capacity-building programmes through digital safety workshops designed to equip stakeholders and vulnerable groups with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate online and offline risks.
Speaking on the development, Founder of DOHS, Ololade Ajayi, described the partnership as a critical step towards building sustainable and technology-enabled solutions to address the alarming rise in gender-based violence.
“This partnership is not just about technology; it is about saving lives, amplifying voices, and ensuring that women and girls have access to the tools, information, and support they need to stay safe and seek justice,” she said.

Ajayi noted that integrating digital innovation into advocacy efforts would significantly improve response mechanisms and help close existing gaps in reporting and support systems.

Also speaking, Director of TSM House Agency, Chris, reaffirmed the agency’s commitment to leveraging digital innovation for social impact, stressing the role of data, storytelling, and user-centred design in advancing advocacy.

He said the collaboration would prioritise the development of scalable and impactful solutions capable of addressing the complexities surrounding SGBV and femicide in Nigeria.

The partnership comes amid increasing calls for multi-sectoral approaches to curb violence against women and girls, with stakeholders emphasising the need for stronger collaboration between civil society organisations and technology providers.

DOHS Cares Foundation is a non-profit organisation focused on preventing femicide, supporting survivors, and advancing policies and digital solutions aimed at protecting women and girls.

TSM House Agency, on the other hand, is a creative and technology-driven firm specialising in digital strategy, design, and product development, with a track record of delivering scalable solutions for organisations across sectors.
