  • The popular series has led to a meteoric rise of both their profiles.

On Sunday, Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie walked through Italy as official Olympic Winter Games torchbearers.

The Heated Rivalry costars walked through the town of Feltre as part of the 49th leg of the torch relay. The Games’ official Instagram account shared pictures of the two actors in Olympics branded tracksuits, smiling and holding their lit torches aloft. It was twilight in the small European town.

“???????? Olympic Flame + Hudson Williams & Connor Storrie as torchbearers = ABSOLUTE CINEMA ???? #MilanoCortina2026 #Olympics #TorchRelay2026 #Feltre,” read the caption.

They also shared some clips in their Stories of the pair walking down the wet streets, surrounded by fans and Olympics personnel.

In Heated Rivalry, Williams and Storrie play two hockey players, Shane and Ilya, on rival teams who carry on an illicit relationship for almost a decade. In one significant plot point, the two attend the Olympics in Russia, where Ilya is from and where it would be particularly dangerous to reveal their relationship.

The two actors are quite close as friends and have been making numerous public appearances with one another since their show reached a fever pitch of popularity. At the recent Golden Globes, they presented an award together and were seated beside one another in the audience.

“Hudson is my best friend, and I literally can’t fathom doing this without him,” Storrie told W magazine in December. “We were both in similar places in life before this. We quit our jobs within a day of each other. We booked this and flew out the same day. Now it’s turning into two people who are being seen internationally for the first time. This has been the highlight of my life, and meeting Hudson makes that 10 times sweeter.”
