When to Watch New Episodes of Landman Season 2
Taylor Sheridan’s drama Landman is returning for its second season on Paramount+, bringing back the high stakes and big family drama of the Texas oil industry.
The series follows Tommy Norris (Billy Bob Thornton), a veteran landman who negotiates oil rights for billion-dollar companies. When the story picks up in season 2, Tommy has traded his hard hat for a new title: president of M-Tex Oil, the company now owned by Cami Miller (Demi Moore). But with his promotion comes new dangers, from boardroom rivalries to the cartel forces that linger outside the corporate walls. “He goes from having a job that’s really difficult and a job that’s very dangerous to having two,” Thornton told Deadline in April. “Now I’m kind of executive and a landman and a family man in the midst of this tornado. It makes for some pretty interesting stuff, I have to say.”
Ali Larter also returns as Angela Norris, Tommy’s fiery ex-wife, whose confidence and glamour made her a breakout character in season 1. “She’s actually a different kind of empowered woman,” Larter told ELLE in a January 2025 profile. “She is empowered, and she’s free. She doesn’t think that being hot is a crime. She loves it. She’s unabashedly glamorous in that way. She’s like, ‘More is better.’ The higher the heel, the tighter the jeans, the blonder the hair—that’s her lane. She’s living it, and she loves it.”
Landman season 2 will premiere on November 16, with new episodes streaming weekly on Paramount+.
