Who is Joe Rhodes?

Rhodes grew up in Denver, with his parents, Kay and Joseph Rhodes. He went on to graduate magna cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder, per their wedding announcement in the New York Times in 1998.

He began his career in investment firms, working as an associate at Charterhouse Group International in New York, before becoming the founder and contemporary Managing Partner at Stockton Road Capital LLC, according to Live Ramp Up. He now lives with Morales in Hoboken, New Jersey.

In 2021, Rhodes lost his father to Alzheimer’s disease. Morales announced the news on Instagram. She and Rhodes have been advocates for both patients and caregivers for people with the degenerative disease. Rhodes also lost his mother to Alzheimer’s in 2014.

“It has been a sad start to the new year with the sudden passing of one of the most amazing people I knew, my father-in-law Joe Rhodes,” she wrote at the time.“He was a wonderful father and grandpa. He loved and cared for his wife Kay for more than 52 years and as she battled Alzheimer’s.”

She added, “He taught us so much about love, character, and devotion. We miss you and will keep you close in our hearts always.”

The couple was married on August 22, 1998.

Do they have children together?

Their first son, Joseph Stockton Rhodes, was born in 2004. They welcomed their second son, Luke Hudson Rhodes, in 2008.

Before their two children arrived, Morales experienced pregnancy loss. She talked about going through a miscarriage very openly on The Today Show.
