W. Africa Crude-India’s IOC issues two tenders, programmes awaited

 LONDON, Jan 13 (Reuters) - Nigerian cargoes were slow to
clear on Monday, though two new Indian tenders are likely to mop
up some of the potential overhang before programmes emerge. * Angolan state oil company Sonangol was offering a
February-loading cargo of Gindungo at dated Brent plus $1.00 and
a Hungo cargo at dated Brent plus $1.40. * About 10 Angolan cargoes remain for export in February. * March loading programmes are expected to emerge this week. * Nigerian crude sales were slow, one trader said, and about
four cargoes of Djeno also unsold. * India's IOC issued two tenders, with results expected on
Thursday. One is for cargoes loading from end-February to March
3. The other is for loading over March 11-20. RELATED NEWS * Angolan courts have refrained from action to seize the
foreign assets of billionaire and former first daughter Isabel
Dos Santos but will not hesitate to do so if necessary, a
prosecution spokesman said. * Equatorial Guinea will add 20,000 barrels per day of oil
production by October, the country's oil minister said on
