Afghan capital blast toll rises to 22 dead -interior ministry spokesman

KABUL, Sept 17 (Reuters) – The toll from a Taliban suicide bombing on Tuesday in the Afghan capital Kabul rose to 22 killed and 38 wounded, interior ministry spokesman Nasrat Rahimi said.
